Thank you for visiting my blog, I am new to this blogging
world, so this is my first time creating one and or reading them. I look
forward to reading and learning from everyone.
The Autogenic training technique is performed to making any
part of your body feel comfortable. While listening trying this for the first
time I thought it was very relaxing, the music was calming and soothing. I’m
not sure if this was just I or if it was due to it being my first time, but I
did not feel the change of direction of blood flow to the areas described. I
think this is a method that might take time and practice to actually get
accustom to the benefits it offers. I’m not usually prone to take part in these
types of mental exercises but I definitely and open and hope I can find a way
to connect better in the future.
