Hello Class,

Over this 10 week course I feel like my mind is definitely benefitted and grew with all the different self flourishing exercises and reading material we have learned. From unit 3 the only thing that has really changed as far as scoring goes would be my psychological up one point. i say this because i have not fully flourished but i have definitely began to and sense that if i continue to practice exercises and meditation I will greatly benefit and take my body to another level. I have made progress is the area i set goals for but I have not done as much I planned, I was suppose to begin meditating once a day but that has only actually been a few times a week. So I am completing it just not as the amount i set out too, at least not yet. I have implemented all my goals into my well being besides the desired amount of meditation exercises. This course has without a doubt helped my overall well being and will continue to help me in the future. The self flourishing has been the most helpful and got me to realize how it all starts within. The most difficult thing i experienced was the meditation exercises, I was not able to fully focus but as the weeks went on I got better. The experiences and theories I have learned in this class will help me better teach people because they are things I have actually tried myself.
